My name is Katie Clement and I'm a senior at Central York High School. I'm involved in the Theatre Arts Program, National Art Honors Society (NAHS), Design Club, and an Architecture Engineering and Construction (ACE) program. This website first began as a way for me to show my final product of a project I was doing for a Mass Customized Learning (MCL) class.

I've always wanted to explore new places, travel, and inform myself on what else is out there. This interest in abandoned places formed when I was younger and went into an abandoned house down the road from mine with my friends. We explored the house and I became intrigued with the different things we were finding and observing. This experience then led me to explore more and find new adventures to go on. This project was a great way for me to look at new places and even have the chance to go to those places to explore and learn new things. I gained a lot of information and a new perspective on abandoned buildings that I wouldn't have been able to grasp without the course I'm in and the project itself.
